Overview
Embark on a captivating 3-day safari adventure through the expansive landscapes of Tsavo East and Tsavo West National Parks in Kenya. These sister parks, divided by the Nairobi-Mombasa highway, collectively form one of the largest wildlife sanctuaries in the world. Encounter diverse ecosystems, an abundance of wildlife, and iconic landmarks such as the red elephants of Tsavo. Day 1:
Nairobi to Tsavo East
Depart from Nairobi early in the morning and drive to Tsavo East National Park. Arrive at the park in time for lunch and check into your chosen accommodation. Afternoon game drive in Tsavo East, exploring the vast landscapes and encountering wildlife such as elephants, lions, zebras, and more.
Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2:
Tsavo East to Tsavo West
Morning game drive in Tsavo East, taking advantage of the optimal wildlife viewing conditions. After breakfast, depart for Tsavo West National Park, with a stop at the Shetani Lava Flow and Mzima Springs. Lunch at the lodge followed by an afternoon game drive in Tsavo West, known for its scenic landscapes and diverse wildlife. Visit the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary and enjoy breathtaking views of the Rhino Horn and Kilimanjaro Mountain.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3:
Tsavo West to Nairobi
Early morning game drive in Tsavo West to catch the wildlife at its most active. Breakfast at the lodge, followed by a visit to the historical Tsavo West attractions, including the historic Tsavo Railway Bridge.
Depart for Nairobi.
Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon, marking the end of your memorable Tsavo East and Tsavo West safari.
